NP here. I have read about homeopathy. No confirmed clinical trials showing effectiveness foe any illness. Two hundred-year old chemistry theories that have long been disproven.
For autism in particular, there is the added problem of objectively measuring behavioral changes. Psychiatric medicine trials use validated neuropsychiatric tests administered by trained researchers. Homeopaths seem to rely on parental anecdotes or observations of the homeopathic doctor.
