This made me laugh.

I love eggs, too, and find that b/c I do eat little meat, the protein in eggs gives me energy.

I also lift weights - but to keep my bones strong, as osteoporosis runs in the family. But weights and protein make an ideal combination.

2 or 3 scrambled eggs topped with pico ge gallo is my go-to breakfast when I’m dieting.

I eat 2/day for breakfast. No issues with my blood work. Switching to eating 2 eggs each morning with 1 slice of whole wheat toast and some fruit actually helped my bad cholesterol. I wasn't eating enough protein before so I was prone to grabbing a doughnut/danish/muffin at the office. Even doing that 3 times per week shot my LDL up. Now I'm full until lunch and I'm able to skip the free goodies each morning.

If greasy frying pans cleaned themselves, I would probably eat like 4 eggs a day at least. I have a hard time thinking of a meal that isn't improved by a runny fried egg on top. Or two.

As it is,.however, I only eat eggs occasionally. Unless you count eggs as ingredients in baked goods, pasta, mayo, and so on.

I can't stand them. I feel like I am the only one who doesn't like or eat them.

I can tolerate them only when they are in something else (french toast, baked goods, etc.)!

I like them too but the nutrition research doesn't :

This is very misleading. His research quotes a study where people eat Egg McMuffins...which is clearly not the same as eating a hardboiled egg.

And choline is a very important nutrient for a making cell-signalling molecule called acetylcholine.

He has an agenda and it's veganism. Once you have an agenda like that you can't be objective.
