In particular, I disagree with the culture he's created in the executive branch. If company culture is such an important aspect to multi-billion dollar companies (think FB, GE, Google) then why is our government's being ran in the same manor a thirteen year-old would.

Additionally, he is supposed to be the "negotiator" but has been unwilling to act as such.
