Definitely done on the cheap. No tile behind bathroom sinks, no molding, not frameless glass shower doors (those are off the shelf tracks from HD), no molding, bad color flooring, no real closet fit outs, etc.

Not mine. I hate the exterior and that white antiseptic kitchen. It’s not a creamy white.

"Wayward private school teenagers" PP back. Kenwood has always been a hotbed of large American vehicles, including in the 1970s and 1980s when I was experiencing its dens so frequently. To me, this new build lacks even the appeal of those places.

I like to think that the cold decor invites warmth from a potential buyer. Like the house and the location is great. It’s overpriced....but why not throw it out there hoping for a fool and their money.

Well, I’m sure anyone who’s interested in a house that has a “viewing space” into the kids play area is probably pretty hands off in all matters of maintain a house or being involved in messy kids activities

It looks cold and hard.

I AM a fan of white on white on white, but it works better with warm, creamy whites and lots of textures and textiles.

It's pretty trendy. For that kind of money, I'd think someone would want a much more classic home.
Not that it isn't lovely but it's not $4.3million lovely at all.
