Really? I thought Field Hockey was one of the more popular sports for girls.
Depends but not as popular in many of the non-W public schools.

+1 Great team experience but individual sport. All about working toward individual personal best - very supportive environment. Club level is just that - a club that meets one or two times/week to climb together (w. coaching). There are also competitive teams.
