Yes, this! As long as you get your protein, it doesn't matter where the rest of the cals come from. Just get enough fat for healthy skin, nails, etc. And stay within a certain calorie limit to lose. Some people do better with low fat, some with high fat. Some somewhere in the middle. Also depends on your hormones - I need more fat before that time of month.
