What's weird about the makeup is just that it's on all the time. She's photographed a lot and she always looks like that. I don't think it's poorly done, I just think it's a lot and it's relentless.

Hope Hicks is beautiful. Her job is crazy stressful. She wears a load of makeup at work and that will make anyone look formal/older.
