Does anyone wonder why the GOP is going to such great lengths to protect him? It can't be just for political reasons. This must go way beyond that. This is why I have no faith in them EVER impeaching him no matter what comes out. They are actively trying to cover things.

They’re gonna go with, as the first of multiple excuses, “this isn’t true because anonymous sources” closely linked with “is mueller’s team leaking? how inappropriate and illegal, let’s invetsigate Mueller.”

No, it’s guaranteed. It’s not Trump’s choice. It’s Mueller’s. Trump has no way out. Talk to Mueller or talk to the grand jury.

He’s been in everything, most notably the Flynn and Comey firings. Huge player. Read the twitter thread linked above.
