If you had any critical reasoning ability, you would have been able to understand I was saying aggression and dominance arouse women rather than trying to simply repeat "emotional intensity, power, physical fitness". I am aware they are not the same, my goal was not to repeat or affirm the post but to add a statement. It really is a pretty simple concept, yet you find it so difficult to understand you need make a snarky stupid comment. By the way " "emotional intensity, power, physical fitness" are fairly typical manifestations of aggression and dominance, they are far from mutually exclusive.

I have one son who is extremely attractive, tall, and a very good athlete. Ever since kindergarten, girls have been following him around. It has made him arrogant when it comes to women. No matter how many he might piss off there's 2 more waiting. Im worried he will never settle down. It is women's reaction to him that causes him to be less and less grounded.

Yes, I've talked to him, but the girls keep throwing themselves at him,actung like fools. Last one he broke up with was on my porch srunk at 1am begging for them to bw together. It's outrageous. I wish a girl would come along and give him his own medicine.

NP. I have a tween daughter who has seen the film along with most of her girlfriends. They are all swooning over him. I find it disturbing too. I think it has something to do with giving girls the powerful impression that they can "save" a boy/man and "turn" him into a nice guy.

I told my daughter that that very rarely happens in real life but I doubt she will take my word for it.


Women get all tingly from men that appear assertive and aggressive. Those girls weren't "swooning" because they thought they save a movie character, they were swooning because the perceived power made them wet. If nice guy had anything to do with it, they would forgo the trouble and get a nice guy. They do not want a nice guy, they want someone they percieve as more powerful than them, they will, however, settle down with a nice guy to give them resources.

But this is so true. I briefly dated a multi millionaire cheater who was handsome and exceled at art of love making. Yes, he cheats on his wife but i have never bedn treated so well.

Because bad boy relationships are challenging.

Like every single day.
They take energy + work and sorta feel like a project for the woman to fix.
And since Females love drama, they will have plenty if they snag themselves a bad boy.

They think nice guys are simply BORING.
They usually gravitate toward the troublemaker type of man because many women are quite familiar & comfortable in this dynamic.

Reason being is that this is their first experience they actually had w/their own Fathers growing up.
By nature, no one likes stepping out of their comfort zones.
Especially the ones created in childhood.

People naturally gravitate toward what is familiar....
And seek comfort in it.
