Plastic interior doors, builder grade windows, long expanses of tile in many rooms, including the kitchen. Tile is hard, cold, unforgiving, and very slippery when wet, but tile is cheap and relatively easy to install compared with better quality flooring materials.
For $1.2 million a buyer can purchase a far more valuable property.

I really like this home.

Lots of natural light, pretty windows, beautiful tall fireplace in the LR plus the tray ceiling in the Master BD.

I also like how the Master has a little separate seating area so close.
It would be ideal for reading & provides enough privacy for visiting w/guests.

The columns are a nice touch + a three-car garage is always nice!

What highway are you talking about?

Highway of subprime dreams.

Having a cheap brick veneer is not exactly something to be proud of...

I will take brick veneer over vinyl any day.
