not normal. I'm guessing his friends did invite, but he didn't want you to come along. 7 years is a long time to wait.

Get a lawyer ASAP. Speaking from experience.

I wonder who he will be locking lips with when the ball drops.

Your New Years Resolution:
Figure out your marriage.
If your husband is entirely in or not.

Because you deserve all from him.
Full commitment + devotion.

If you cannot have that, then you will not settle on nothing at all.

You deserve much better in your life.
Make this New Year about loving & respecting YOU.
And if your hubby cannot, then let him be free.

Did you consider showing up just before midnight?

No, 2 hours drive away.

And yes, I need to get my self-respect and self-confidence back. I've let him chip away at it for so long that this kind of shit seems normal. Just needed a reality check.

Alas, spending it with my husband instead of my SO. Maybe next year will be better.

Can’t you go hang out with him and his friends? So strange that you wouldn’t be welxome

I am spending NYE without my SO because I don't have one. But back when I did have one we always were together on NYE.

As an alone person tonight, I am really looking forward to not having to watch Kathy Griffin make a complete humiliated ass out of Anderson Cooper. Maybe this year he will retain a shred of dignity? I am told that Andy Cohen is a much better comedic partner for AC, thus AC squared.
