( heart disease, diabetes, and fertility issues) are what is making her eat healthy. I encourage healthy eating but he lecturing is annoying. I would not care if she gained a little. My ex gained 20lbs in our relationship and still didn’t matter to me. We broke up for other reasons.
Uh she needs a new Dr. How did she reverse it other than with the diet? And the first line of treatment for any PCOS is a low carb diet.
Anyhow, I agree with the PPs that it's OK to have food restrictions, but it's not OK to lecture people or get angry about it. I have insulin resistance from another hormone issue but I'm not going to yell at my MIL who just sent us toffees.
