I didn't read this entire thread, but can you sneak other activity into your day? maybe get off the metro one stop before your office and walk the rest of the way or park at a parking lot half a mile from work or walk around the office park a few times before going in.
I’m a teacher so I’m already running around all day. The neighborhood where I work isn’t that safe so unfortunately walks are out before or after work. I used to do barre and really liked it but the closest studio is about 20 mins from my house without traffic. It ends up being a 2 hour event and I don’t have that much time. Things I can do at home will be what I’ll have most success with. -OP
