Francesca Claire sounds nice.

If your baby is due in December (& you celebrate Christmas), Francesca Noelle would be lovely.

Yeah, I like the name Noelle a little bit, but we're Jewish.

Francesca is an Italian name. What would the nickname be, Franny?

Or Cheska. Or Fran. Or Francy. Or Franchy. Or F. Or Junebug, or Polly, or Eggo ...There is no nickname police.

We know a little girl (and actually an older woman as well) who goes by Frankie - I love it

I like Cheska and Frankie. I also like Francie. But, I don't think a nn is necessary. Francesca is beautiful!

I LOVE Francesca! I really wanted to name DD that, but DH thought it was "too much" paired with our long, Italian last name. I like family names for middle names, but otherwise here are some suggestions:
Claire
Eve
Audrey
Hope
Caroline
Josephine
Suzanne

Ha - my middle name was Frances and I always hated it. So I vote Francesca.
