Add to that the complete lack of understanding of behavior and family dynamics. And this person is going for a PhD in a social science. I'd laugh, but I worry for anyone she may work with who may need competent help in the future.

It sounds like you both went/are going to for profit "institution" for your respective doctorates. Your spelling and grammar (and ability to write coherently in general) is appalling. You're right. Completing a phd is much harder than starting. Still, I supported her and wish she would do the same. It feels like she's stretching to eve be happy for me.
I was beyond happy for her, when she graduated.

Thank you. So I have been very supportive of her. I just find it odd that she didn't seem to give me the same courtesy.
I kept my interest on the down low, because of this reason. I did want it to be a competition or at the point that I met her, I
did not want to take her thunder, so I humbled myself to keep quiet about my own endeavor.
