I like "the Riley Guide" for A-z advice on job search. Go to "r" for resume examples. All free to access. I also like "the five o'clock club" job books that our very cheap to order and have the best resumes I have seen. Good luck!

Why do you college and grad school career folks brainwash people into limiting their resumes to 1 page? If you have had more than one professional job and have done anything noteworthy (been published, serve in leadership positions in national boards/associations), then you have a two page resume (at least).

Got it. That is a distinction. But different from what you said above, that recruiters work for individuals. They work to place people in a firm and the firm pays them. Individuals do not pay them. (I'm sure there are the ones that individuals hire/use, but seems very uncommon and I certainly would not. )
