Is there a certain amount of months between pregnancies that is considered "high risk"? I know someone ttc and wanting a birthing center birth. High risk mothers cannot be candidates for the birthing center. I know there are risks for closely spaced pregnancies, but I wasn't sure if there is a certain amount of months that makes it become high risk territory.

Congrats OP! Good luck, I don't think my body could have handled getting pregnant so soon again. I'll take the two and half years I had in between them, thank you.

The one son who was born 12 months after an older sibling is 5'9". The family lore is that his older brother took all the nutrition during the first of those two back-to-back pregnancies.

Just one anecdote.

It's probably not the closely spaced pregnancy, but the conception. By that I mean that sibling might have a different daddy.

Sounds like a crazy accusation to be leveling at a stranger online.

I think you need to brush up on your English and gain a better understanding of accusation.

And yet people do that very thing.
