I'm 34 but also a parent and single. Life is good and comfortable. Still easy to date and meet men, though I have to screen harder to eliminate married men who aren't upfront compared to a decade ago when everyone was single. Most of my girlfriends are married and I think we're all pretty happy with life overall, single or married. There are trade offs. I have DC 70% of the time and the other 30% gives me ample time for selfish pursuits. I nearly married the wrong man which is probably the loneliest decision one can make. I feel blessed. Just booked a girls trip tonight for the Fall and a date for Friday night. My DC and I travel together often as well. My two guy friends really want me to find a husband. One thinks I'm too picky and one thinks I'm not picky enough!lol
