My daughter had an eating disorder in college I wish I would have known about sooner. Her friends thought it was "none of my business". I wish they would have told me.

And the daughter might have taken up smoking over the stress of her mom involving her in everything in her life.
Smoking is seriously gross, but the daughter is an adult. MYOB.
