I know a beach nourishment project may block beach access, but no one will tell us when or how much beach is inaccessible. I haven't heard of black outs in the Kitty Hawk area, but wondering if people moved from other areas to Kitty Hawk.

I can't stand having to rent through them.
Tough luck for the people who lost all their vacation money
