+1 on this -- I am comfortable and the work-life balance is ideal. That's why I don't/won't jump ship. Plus there's a pension.

New poster. I'm at a downtown multi-lateral. I think if you're there longer than 4 or 5 years you won't be able to get a job elsewhere. They overpay, outlandish benefits, out-dated systems, and insufferable hierarchy and culture.
