To pp - I never said I didn't like him. I said the sex wasn't that great but not bad.

He's going to disappear on you at some point. Men that want you to stick around don't just not text you back after sex...beware
Op here. He said he lost his phone Saturday morning ( on his way to run a 5k) and didn't get it a replacement until today because he was in a we didn't yesterday ( already knew about it). He called me once he got home from getting his new phone. He apologized for making me worry, etc., and we set up another date for this week. I am going to be cautious but still want to give him a chance because I do like him.
I do not believe that for a second...he's playing you with a story like that.
Stupid iphone typo. He was in a wedding yesterday after his 5k.
He apologized for making you worry? Did you tell him that you were worried? I mean it was 2 days and you've only been out a handful of times.

Anonymous wrote:Sorry OP but you know what? He probably was not a keeper long term anyway. If there is a real connection there are no Rules. I slept with my husband the night we met.

Sorry. Yep, it does suck. I know so many men say they will walk if you don't sleep them by the third date -- but then you do, and they walk anyway.
I wait. Always.
Op here. He didn't pressure me into it. I don't normally sleep with a guy until at least date 5 but we were both tipsy and it just happened. No one to blame. It just sucks if that's all he was after. I guess good to know now before I invested more time in him.
