Definitely. I get their cake with fresh fruit and whipped cream and it's delicious!!!! Hate hate hate the typical cakes w/ frosting but that's a matter of taste.

For a kid's birthday? Are you insane? I can see if you are hosting a shower.

Wegmans is too far if OP is in Arlington.

We got a large sheet cake from Giant for DSs birthday. It was beautifully decorated and delicious! Guests raved about it and it was inexpensive. We went to the Giant across from Rocklands.

Alternatively, you can join Costco, buy the cake (and other stuff!) and then cancel the membership the next day for a full refund. But the cash card seems less sketchy.

I had no idea you could shop there if someone gives you a gift card, thanks for the post.

I know you can use the pharmacy without being a member.

I'm not a Cosco member so I always got Giant's sheet cakes. Absolutely love their frosting but it might be too sweet for some.

Single mom here. I want a faux "wedding" just for the CAKE and DD to be a flower girl. Love Costco vanilla cake! Buttercream rules!

LOVE Wegmans cake and cupcakes. Not cheap though. For cheap and decent, do Costco.

For years I said one of my top reasons for wanting a baby (right after over the top Birthday parties and aggressively cute Christmas cards) is to justify a Costco membership so I can get their cakes. Yum!
