I do wine often, especially on the weekends.

She should work out for Brent, though some of the Janney parents complained that she has a lazy streak, seldom comes to school events, often doesn't respond to emails from parents etc. I'm cautiously optimistic but that's it.
jesus, you people are terrible! really, just terrible.
Because we have high expectations for those who teach our children?
You sound like a lazy parent who doesn't care enough. Reach for the lower middle kids!
You really think it's a good idea to post mean-spirited, petty rumors about school principals on the internet? How would you react if one of your children did that? All I have to say is god bless the DCPS principals willing to put themselves up for that. It says MUCH more about Janney parents that you would post such things than it does about the principal.
It's not a rumor that they have unimpressive credentials. It's my opinion. Calm down. Also, watch your racism, I'm not a Janney parent. I live EOTP and am a person of color. Just because my skin is brown doesn't mean I have low standards.
I don't know wtf you are talking about. The new Brent principal is white; the rumors about her were about not returning emails and being "lazy," not her credentials. BTW what kind of credentials are you expecting?
I am not a Brent parent either. But I did notice that none of the principals had particularly impressive credentials. I agree that DCPS isn't exactly getting tons of applications. Sad.

I think that's a pretty crappy and shallow thing to say. What do you mean by "qualifications"? What in the world do you think you can actually tell about these people based on where they went to college?
Not the poster you're talking to, but I think that the college you attend matters quite a bit.
