I don't think anything - her sexuality has nothing to do with her personality/character.
Huh? I'd say bisexuality is a pretty damn important facet of a person's personality. A lot of people (gay and straight) are not attracted to bisexuals and would want to have such information from the very beginning of a relationship.
I agree that it has no bearing on assessment of character.
Oh really? Wow can we examine this further? The American Psychological Association defines personality as "individual differences in characteristic patterns of thinking, feeling and behaving" - so based on this you're saying that if a woman is for all intents and purposes an evil bitch and that's her personality, then her sexuality is an important facet with regards to the severity of her bitchiness...is that your rationale? So a heterosexual woman is an evil bitch but a bisexual would be some kind of SUPERevil bitch is that the idea here?

I'm quiet, shy, hate being the center of attention. Very bi. Try again. Maybe ask people what their lives are like as bi people before you make assumptions.
NP here but when I was in high school and college I would tend to agree with the above poster. It seemed like a lot of females that identified as bi did so in very outward ways to get attention (i.e. making out with other females at parties).
Back to the OP though, I'm not sure if this is the answer you're looking for but I probably wouldn't date someone that was bi. I think it's a fairly small slice of the population that identifies as bi so it's not a selection choice that impacts much in the end.
