Glad you won't be at the party Saturday night. I'll exercise the other 6 days of the week.

Someone said beer? Really? Would it have to be an ultra light beer?

I lived in Czech Republic for two years. Two-four beers a day. No weight gain. Came back, move driving, less beer - working out to get those extra pounds off. It's about lifestyle.

I'm looking for a one-nighter, not drinking every day. I've lost 40 pounds recently. The last time I went out & had 3 beers for the first time in 4 months the scale was 2 pounds heavier the next morning, it took a lot more than 1 night to lose it.

This right here tells me that you don't understand underlying reasons of weight gain, which is why you are asking this nonsensical question. You can’t gain 2 lb’s from one night out. Fat takes a long time to accumulate.

Seriously. I "gained" and "lost" 3 lbs overnight earlier this week. Pants still fit the same.

As others have suggested, liquor plus soda. Or wine really isn't worse.

Stay away from the chips but drink the margarita.

white wine which is 12% not 15% should be about 100-120 calories a glass. The sweeter the wine the higher the calories.

Alcohol is fermented carbohydrates, so none of it is going to be slenderizing.

Cool story! C) is still correct. You don't “pack on pounds” from intermittent drinking or “one party". I guess you just asked a poorly phrased question. If you still don’t get it the let me help you a bit: Drink whatever you want, because it won’t make much of a difference unless this is something you do regularly.

I also do a red wine with club soda.

OP here. Wow, you take keeping the weight off to another level, two lines. . .of coke? (maybe you meant limes, not as much fun though)

You're probably not on keto, but the numbers still apply. . .

http://nobunplease.com/alcohol-on-a-low-carb-keto-diet/

-64 calories for 1.5 ounces of liquor (be wary of fancy cocktails, stick to on the rocks or soda water, not tonic)

-stay away from flavored spirits unless you're absolutely sure there's no additional sugar

-approx. 120 calories for 5 oz. pour of wine

OP here. By definition a non-alcoholic drink is not an alcoholic drink so your "response" is idiotic.

Don't drink alcohol. Is the message clear now? You sure don't understand humor.

You should have made a meme, maybe then it will be funny.

I agree with scotch or bourbon on the rocks. One shot can be slowly sipped for a long time.

I also sometimes do vodka or gin (one shot) on the rocks with an olive. Basically a tiny martini.

I think a 5 oz glass of wine is also about the same but the problem is that I always want a second glass of wine. One shot of liquor is plenty for me though.

If it's during the week and I want wine, I just have a glass of wine (5 oz.) at 125 calories and forego a mid-afternoon snack. I'd rather be a little hungry and have my wine. That's just me.
