I don't read that as a continued relationship but more of a piece of the history of the origin of the school. It sounds like they have parted ways but don't want to burn the house down on the way out.

Trinity Academy Meadow View is rooted in the educational vision of the People of Praise community. Over forty-five years ago, a team within that community, led by Dr. Kerry Koller, set out to study the educational landscape of the time, as well as classic, contemporary, and Christian educational theories. What emerged was a distinctive philosophy of education that has been used in the founding of multiple schools. In fact, this work of the People of Praise is recognized as one of the foundations of the contemporary classical school movement.
While Trinity Academy Meadow View, with its local board and leadership, will begin classes in the fall of 2025, it stands within this long tradition. Its faculty have been formed and seasoned in this model and are deeply committed to it. Many of its students are already familiar with and shaped by the excellent academics and the joyful, purpose-filled Christian culture that defines this educational vision.
To launch the Academy, the new local leadership was blessed with the extraordinary expertise and support of parents who served as new board members and volunteered on multiple committees and task forces.

The graduates all go on to good colleges. Its a home school setting feeling but in a school. It is small but it is like a really big family. My child left to go to a bigger high school to play more competitive sports. But she is still good friends with her former classmates. The teachers keep up with her and truly care about her. I have nothing bad to say about Trinity.

It's more involved than that.
As far as I can tell Trinity Schools Incorporated threatened civil and criminal legal action against several People of Praise members and staff. In response, People of Praise has cut ties with Trinity Schools at its South Bend campus and supported the creation of a new, independent school, Trinity Academy at Greenlawn, led by local parents, alumni, and faculty, with POP’s formal backing.
A similar break happened here in Virginia, where Trinity Academy at Meadow View was formed by people connected to the local POP branch, though without the same level of public support from the POP Board. Both schools aim to continue the Trinity mission outside TSI’s control, signaling a major governance and identity shift driven by legal conflict and internal division.

tl;dr it's a "new" school with the same shit and location, but more People of Praise affiliated and less TSI affiliated. People of Praise is a small, religious cult.
