Nope. It was Duke Lacrosse redux. She agreed to sex them up and then had regrets afterwards.
The problem here is that is leads us all to be more cynical and distrusting of real victims.
She wanted to flirt and have sex, and then was immediately sorry because it made her reputation into that of a wh*re. Now, real victims won't be believed. Because of her.

He was in his 30s actually, he just looked young for his age.

Actually, in DC the prosecutors from the US Attorneys office bargain over how long sex offenders will be on the list. In the case of the molester at Oyster, he'll only be on the sex offender registry for 10 years. He was only in jail for 2.5 years total. After the 10 years run, there will be no notice to his neighbors or others about what he did.
