If there is a new class being formed, when would we expect to see the waitlist move?

High 50s is a possibility. It usually goes into 50s, not beyond. But, waitlist doesn't get moving until school starts. Last year we were only a few numbers beyond those who received initial offer and got in when school started. I noticed then that list had moved to 50s. But list does not move at all during summer because those who initially get in enroll and don't give up their spots until the last minute. So don't bother checking list every day like I did.
Geez that sucks, they just hang onto their seat because they're double-enrolled elsewhere, I imagine? That is also nerve wracking because, that means my daughter will be all oriented elsewhere and we'd have to move her. At least by then I hope they have clear info on school locations in coming years, which is the biggest factor for us.
They probably will not, unfortunately. But one can hope. We are in the same position (except we are an accepted family).

There are 10 primary kids per class. Theoretically if they open a new class, that would be 10 additional kids.
They may have already taken new class into consideration with first round of offers. I'm not sure. But they are definitely opening a new class.
Would this mean good news for kindergarten families?
