I hope no one is taking this tabloid forum seriously.

Sometimes I read DCUM when I'm at a low point in my marriage to remind myself that it could always be worse. DH can be difficult to love sometimes, but I have no reason to think he's cheating, hiding things, or abusing (verbal/emotional/physical/whatever) me.

Sometimes it makes me feel grateful. Other times, jealous. I would never describe my DH the way some people talk about their spouses.

It's made me more conscious of how aggressively women court and accumulate slights, and how conditional their attachment to their husbands is. I'm much better prepared for things to go south with my wife then I would have been six months ago. Forewarned is forearmed.

This place is basically turning into Reddit's Red Pill, except for women: Lots of unreasonably negative confirmation bias from women who seem poorly adjusted and miserable.

Seeing all the nasty men on here makes me lose all sexual desire for my DH.

DH here, had a long stretch of little to no sex after kids came. DCUM was helpful for a while, some good suggestions on coping mechanisms, knowing it's not just you. But DCUM can also reinforce negativity.

It's also makes me thankful that my SAHM DW actually does a lot with her day, compared to a lot of lazy SAH's described here.

Makes me realize how many posters use therapists, counselors, and medication. If we ever have to storm the beaches of Normandy again, the snowflakes in this joint won't be any help.

This! The men here are mentally ill, whiny, and bitchy. I married well.

It honestly makes me want to do something nice for him, or at least give him a kiss and a compliment, when I read about these shrew wives who only bark orders at their DHs, criticize, and see them as a sperm donor.
