The love interest felt forced. It made them both look kind of slimy, disingenuous, and weak. But mostly it just felt fake, like a boy's fantasy.

Arnold and Dev talk to each other like two teenage girls. Do millennial men really talk like that to each other?

My husband explained the Italian girl as someone who never even knew of a different life outside of Pink (Italian boyfriend). Dev is already a new perspective while they become friends in Italy. Once she gets to NYC a whole new world of possibilities is open to her. Hence the freaking out about a rite aid.

The Thanksgiving episode was great, and I also loved the Arnold episode where the car got stuck.

But Francesca didn't look thrilled in the last scene. I'm still trying to figure out the intent.
