I have straight hair.

Straight hair is not more attractive than curls.

What's most attractive is not GAF what anyone else thinks. And that's real.

White girl here with type 3b curly hair. It took me several years, but I love my curly hair.
Curly hair can look unkempt when it's frizzy - I use sulfate-free shampoos/conditioners, don't towel dry/rub my hair, and use enough product so that my curls are not frizzy, but also not dry/crunchy from too much product.
I can straighten my hair, but it definitely gets dirty much faster than when it's curly. I rarely ever straighten it now and I do get compliments on my curls.
Any type of unkempt hair doesn't look professional.

Not all woman/age can wear it. For example, super straight Japanese perm may look good on young girls, but NOT hot on a 35 year old moms. Because straight hair really accentuates and pulls the face down.

I am not going to spend thousands of dollars and HOURS on torturing my naturally very curly hair to achieve some standard of whiteness some girl or a guy with a huge complex deems appropriate. I cut my hair regularly, I wash it every other day, I put product in it, defuse it. The curls look formed and shiny. I think it looks polished and pretty.

I also LOVE when I see AA women who wear their hair natural. I HATE that the society has somehow told them over the centuries that their hair is not pretty or that it needs to be straight. It DOESN'T. It's beautiful the way it is.

I have curly hair, I'm happy with it - it's relatively easy to style and I have found a cut that allows me to wash and go (with serums, etc) - but it definitely looks less professional. But the alternative would be for me to spend hours straightening my hair (or $$$ on chemicals to do it) and it probably wouldn't suit me. So it is what it is. FWIW, I'm from the UK and I see far far more curly-haired people here and I feel like it is much more acceptable. I was literally the only curly person in my office in London. Here there are more!

Um, it's not! So many men have been attracted to my "mane of curls" over the years. Healthy, shiny, thick hair is sexy. Does matter the texture.

Also, at what age "must" a child blow out their hair? Does my 3 year old look messy because she was born with curls?

My hair is naturally curly. I'm not going to spend time each morning blowing it out because someone out there thinks it looks messy. I don't wake up and go, i wash it and put product in. Some days it looks frizzy by mid day and some days it lasts all day...that's just the way it goes. But this is my hair. It's what I've got and I take care of it . If that is for some reason unprofessional, that's in the eye of the beholder. There is zero reason that I should conform to OPs beauty standards.
