I would just take off with the kid, OP. Solves that problem.

If they haven't put anything through she can move wherever she wants. Simply needs to let him know.

Yes she can, although If he is smart he will get a court order to stop her. Nowhere did op say that he is a terrible father who should he denied parenting rights or that this child should be denied a father in her life. To just take off is selfish and immoral. And I am a single mom struggling to pay bills so I know how hard it is.

Could it be because their wives are psycho bitches?

Yup, smart men do that. Puts mommies in their place.

Smart mom's who are not assholes do not put fathers in a position to have to do that.

Come on this women will offer less CS. What man wouldn't jump at that? I hope he lawyers up and takes every penny you have!

Have you read the DCUM? Most men don't care that much about kids and don't put forth the effort. They won't leave their precious jobs early enough in an evening to actually care for the kids. Most are going to be just fine being part time summer dads. They just aren't that into family life anyway. That's why they are divorced.

That's pretty much it, and they are divorced because they don't want to do their equal share at home.

You women act like you have ultimate authority over your kids. A lot of men care about more than CS. And, if you lose your precious custody because the judge sees through your son story, you'll be paying the CS. That sounds like A lot less CS for STBX.
