- Two soft-boiled eggs with a piece of fruit (usually a banana or half an apple, will switch to peaches or berries in the summer)
- Breakfast sandwich with an English muffin, egg, and sprinkle of cheese
- Avocado toast and an egg
- Waffle sandwich - leftover waffle, toasted, smear with peanut butter, banana slices and maple syrup, fold in half. This is my extra indulgence when we make waffles on the weekend and have leftovers.
