I found it interesting b/c I learned that McMahon would definitely not get my vote. So, now it's between the other two.

No. SB meetings you can. Work sessions you can attend, and they are livestreamed, but you may not speak. Better to email members, go to office hours, and/or speak at a SB meeting.
