Fettuccine Alfredo + lots of veggies mixed in. I toss with asparagus, broccoli, bell peppers, snow peas, peas, sun dried tomatoes, black pepper, grated parm, and sometimes fresh parsley.
Veggie Panang Curry. I add extra frozen broccoli (just nuke it and stir in with the curry) and sometimes pineapple. It's highly caloric, so you can make extra rice and split the saucy veggies (especially if you add more veggies and/or tofu).
Where are the fettuccine sauce and Penang curry sauces from -- are they in a bottle or are these all frozen items?
