One idea I've always thought about was just starting your own in home daycare. The demand is certainly there. You can hire a few people and have them work in your home, offer a couple of slots. I know one person who did that and now 10 years later, his kids are in middle school and he's got a a thriving side business and tax shelter.
Just a thought.
PP who suggested an au pair. We have a FT nanny for 40 hours a week (2 kids), and with taxes, etc. it's about $20.50 an hour. Plus, the oldest goes to PT preschool 5x a week, and the youngest goes 1x a week, so the nanny is not watching both kids all the time. It's more than $43K a year with bonuses, etc. I suppose it would cost less for a live-in; however, I don't think it would only be $10-12 for 3 kids under 4.

45/50 miles from Loudon County is Montgomery County, Md (Bethesda)
Bethesda daycare is cheaper than Loudoun County?

We would have room for a live in nanny... that's a great idea. I would need to go through an agency correct?

I just looked on a map for their names.
Dumpster playground is called Monarch Christian Montessori.
Nearby is The Learning Experience, Freedom Montessori, Imagination Learning Center.
LOL! Omg the dumpster playground school would be about $4k a month... wow!
