Also NP, also in your same shoes - TTC for 3 years, <30, 7 failed IUIs, 3 failed fresh IVFs, not a hint of a BFP to show for it. Using a proven donor (so "DH normal"). Bit the bullet and did immune testing - just got the results back with SIGNIFICANT abnormalities (out of whack NK cells, gene mutations, the lot). Don't have a treatment plan yet, and can't guarantee that this'll work for me in the long run, but the peace of mind from finally hearing there's something clinically wrong after three years of "you're just having bad luck!" is worth it. I would recommend it if you can find the money and are continually unexplained elsewhere. We also have frozen embryos and wanted to do more testing before wasting them.
PP, where did you do your immune testing? I am trying to figure out where to start!

You could also do a long-distance consult with Beer. That would probably be cheaper.

Would I have To do all the tests again or would he accept what I have
Jonathan scher is like a god in this field, charged $3000 a consult and huge wait to see him etc, I'm just skeptical bc I have 2 kids already and had a chemical before each kid
Also recent embryos were thawed and re frozen so I can't help but wonder if the double thaw double freeze is impacting?
Braverman is in Long Island and also charges $3000 for new patient visit, plus you'll probably end up paying more for all the blood work (and yes, I'd bet he'd want you to do it all over again). Many worship at the alter of Braverman - I will happily join them when DW, who is a patient of his, gets pregnant. So far she's had one BFN from an FET after using his protocol and having a lap last August. Last cycle (also using his protocol) was canceled because they would have only gotten two eggs through retrieval.
