This thread has gotten weird. I assume you are not coming from an ADW K-8, otherwise you'd know what to do and start talking to them first. Definitely have your kid write a letter. After your kids sends a letter, call admissions and let them know it is your daughter's (and your families first choice). If you are full pay, let them know.
This thread is almost 10 years old.
The kid is probably in Med School by now. So strange that this came back from the dead.
