I think it does. My dad is blue and green and it's definitely hazel.

My eyes are blue with ggreen/yellow starbursts. I'm told I have cat eyes. They're quite amazing - people always compliment me because of my eyes. Some days they look bluer, some days they look greener.

What color is your hair, and what color clothes do you look good in?

Because the DMV requires me to check a box and blue/green is not an option, I arbitrarily picked blue. I would not call them hazel. Hazel, like all other words, has a definition and that definition specifically says it's a variant of brown/green. Unless someone has really dark brown eyes, I feel like there's always specks of different colors and the color is not easily described with one word.

I'm the same, I always select blue.

I don't have any brown in my eyes.

I have blue-green eyes and never knew what color to put on my DL so I put hazel. After having a baby, got behind and my DL expired so I had to go in and fill out a form and when I handed it to the woman behind the counter she looked at it and said, you don't have hazel eyes, you have blue-green eyes. At the time, I think she was able to put "bl-grn" or something like that on my license. Just checked to see what is says now and it's just BLU.

I have similar shade eyes, and marked hazel because I didn't know the difference. They're vague enough that no one is really going to know the difference unless they get really close.
