I know a male Casey. We used to work together. He's a great guy, very personable and athletic. He did get a lot of email correspondence to Ms. Last Name before people got to know him!

I am a female Casey. Never met another female w traditional spelling (met some Kaycee/kacie etc names) but have met a few males and some male KCs named from their initials

It means courageous or brave= Good meaning.

Casey really is not short for Charles. So by that respect I guess you could pick any other equally non alliterative name and still call him Casey.

OP here. any other ideas for a name that Casey could go along with? I can't use Charles as other members in my family have used it, and I'm not super excited about Cassius.

How about Kassius?
