Beltway noise is absurd. I am almost equidistant between the DC border and 495. I am admittedly on the southern end of Bannockburn, but still folks a bit north of me are certainly not hearing the Beltway.

There is a poster that chimes into every real estate thread about ridiculous things that don't exist (that they want to exist). The only "noise" is from living next to someone like them!
