Op--working in the same building, but not for the same company. The work thing is just a coincidence and they have not crossed paths. He was very honest with me "so and so sent me inappropriate txt and I have not responded." Some women just don't give up I guess. He has not told her he was getting married, because it's clearly none of her business....the relationship been over for almost a year. He met her before he met me and ended things with her once we became more serious.

OH, now it makes sense! I didn't realize they had been involved, I must be thick.
It's good he ignores the texts but he needs to tell her he is married and she needs to stop.
Then he must block her.

OP - both you and your husband come off as so unbelievably passive.

So the way you tell it: explicit pictures of this woman's breasts or whatever are routinely popping up on your husband's phone and he says "Hey honey. Look. More tits." And then you sit there wondering "Hmm. Another photo. Well he's not doing anything wrong. It must be the crazy old flame. Too bad she doesn't stop."

And then lather, rinse, repeat.

If your husband lost his credit card and he keeps seeing unwanted charges made on it, would you just sit by and think "Oh look another unauthorized purchase by that poor immoral thief. Hmm. There's more $$ out the window. Should husband report the card stolen".
