There is an organized protest at Dulles this afternoon, meeting at international arrivals terminal.

It is being reported that Green card holders are being told to surrender their actual green card and sign paperwork relinquishing rights to their cards. This is really bad.

But certainly the White House saw this coming right? They refuse to issue (or even honor) Visas, and countries retaliate. Just like I'm sure they've thought through the implications for American Citizens, like Peace Corps volunteers and people with NGOs stationed in these countries.
