I would do it for DW, but she says women are not turned on visually, the opposite of what I read everywhere, and that it doesn't matter to her.
So I keep my abs covered up with a shirt. I came out of the workout room before with my shirt off wiping the sweat off me and she asked why I had my shirt off
Come work out at my house![]()

I work out because I like to feel strong, I like to be healthy, and I like to be fit enough to enjoy various sports and recreational activities. But I am well aware that women are not attracted to fat guys, and are more attracted to guys with visible muscles than guys with none.
So, it's mostly for me, but it's for her too.
Sounds like what a lot of the wives said. So apparently EVERYONE is working out only for themselves and not for their partner?
I have gained about 20 pounds since our wedding but H has gained at least 40, so I am working out for myself and whoever my future partner is.

I had been trying to lose baby weight and get back to my old size for him, then I realized he's going to think I'm unattractive pretty much no matter what I do, short of surgery. So now I do it for me. Doing it for him only leads to disappointment.
Your DH is an ahole. Dump him.
