Ok. It never happened before yesterday on this site and isn't happening on any other sites for me. It continues this morning, this time in my iPhone. Still chrome, which is my default browser. You mentioned having issues with your ad servers, so I assume it's related to that.
Try your computer, see if the same thing results.
Not happening on laptop Chrome.
