Yes, it is. I didn't realize the ridiculous Ross' Goose with hat pic before I posted.
I posted the Ross with the party hat. But do you see it doesn't have black wingtips? Now I'm thinking it might be some sort of hybrid domestic goose. Or, the person who made the pic did some photoshopping.
