DH here - they are avoiding creeps like you.

And seriously, if you truly want to meet someone, try on-line dating and make the effort to write a good profile.

You're feisty! I like that. Want to get a drink after work?

I'm 16:15 from yesterday and to my fair admirer, the novel is a seduction; a reader has to be seduced. Which one are you?

Smart and well-read too? I hope that I am that novel. You have reminded me that a woman can be sexy, witty, charming or shy with just her words.

Sex and beauty are inseparable, like life and consciousness. And the intelligence which goes with sex and beauty, and arises out of sex and beauty, is intuition.

The brain is like a muscle. When we use it we feel good. PM me, 16:15.

you do realize that 16:15 was a guy, right? and it seems a woman was trying to flirt with him

I'm a single mom living in North Arlington in a SFH. There aren't any single parents that I know of in my neighborhood, and sometimes I wish I lived in a community with more of them! I agree with some of the other posters that if money is an issue, look at the various rentals around Lee Highway/route 29. You might not be able to afford a new building with a ton of amenities, but you could afford something basic and decent, and use the public pool at Upton Hills in the summer. But there are a ton of buildings around route 29 and within Arlington county, they all feed into good schools. Plus you'll have a quick commute via car, metro or bus. (there are a couple of good bus lines on 29.)

If money weren't an object, I'd live as close to Clarendon or Ballston as I could and walk everywhere.

You could buy or rent - a 2BDRM rental is $2,000/mo, which is a little less than 40% of your pay but living there might mean you wouldn't need a car.

Full Description
2 BR, 1 BA available January 1. One year lease then month-to-month (with 2-month termination) thereafter. Rent is $1950/month; includes gas. Newly remodel kitchen with granite countertops, large deck, new windows and new window treatments. Prime location sits off the main street and faces the ravine, pool and the Army/Navy golf course. One pet (under 75 lbs.) is allowed with a $150 non-refundable deposit. Contact Steve Doran at 202-215-1659 or sdgoods1@gmail.com.

70k paying 2000 month rent how is that possible ? These homeowners will check whether you can afford to make the rent.

I suspect there is another $2,000 a month coming in the form of child support, and not included in the $70k.

+1

At least.
