Maybe the Electoral College will do its job.
It's not about racism and misogyny. It's about employment. I'm not a Trump supporter, but just because Democrats keep throwing those words at Republican voters doesn't make it so.
You don't get it. Trump played the fascist dictator card like a boss. Make the downtrodden think that the brown person/Jew/gay person/Muslim/Mexican - you get the point - is what's stopping them from getting ahead. Make the angry masses focus on the minority as the problem, so then they won't focus on the real problem which is the corporate interests and other socio-political barriers that limit their economic chances.
So sure, it's about employment at first pass; it's about racism and misogyny after that. And it is about racism and misogyny and anti semitism and xenophobia.
He played the angry white people like a fiddle (I'm white, so I can say that).

I understand your candidate did not win, despite people thinking she had it won long before the election was over.
I understand you are disappointed, sad, and angry. But some of the things being said on this site are way over the top.
My advice - if you need it, get an anti-depressant pronto. Then, relax and wait until there Trump DOES something truly egregious before venting your outrage.

Might be about jobs to some. But his policies don't make jobs. His policies won't help many but the wealthy.
And there is NO DOUBT a significant part of the Trump vote is because of bigotry and racism.
Silver Spring Episcopal Church this morning:
"Some" is not the same as a significant number.
One is significant and one is too many. The fact that you ( and other Trump supporters) and Trump himself refue to condemn these acts and instead choose to blame them on Hilary or it's just a few is very telling.
You're twisting the comment. One murder, one rape, one beating, one racist, is all one too many. The comment was to address the poster who blatantly and without facts said that that kind of racist was "NO DOUBT a significant part of the Trump vote."

Thank you. I am a HRC supporter who rebukes the violent protests and calls for violence against Trump and his family.

Unemployment is at 4.9%. Good jobs or bad jobs, people are employed. It's not about employment. It may be about income stagnation, deflation, the lost decade followed by the next one, income inequality, healthcare premiums, or any number of issues. But not unemployment.
If you're in the group that can't get a job proportionate to your skills and training, it's a major concern. Just any old job or underemployment is highly frustrating to them. But feel free to say it's not about employment, just because they can get a job at the nearest hamburger stand.
