My aunt regales me all the time with tales of patients who deliver with the support of active, concerned boyfriends who are not the father (and know they are not the father). She finds it scandalous and typical of American depravity that it is actually fairly common in America for a man to take up with a woman pregnant with another man's child (we are immigrants).
That is so sad she feels this way. I have two friends who actually ended up meeting in later marrying men while they were pregnant. These were stand up guys who ended up being great fathers to their non-bio children.
No what's sad is those women chose losers to father their kids . What's sad is during pregnancy they were focused on finding a new man instead of focusing on being a mom.

Are you turned on by the thought of a baby being there while you have sex or by the thought that another man ejaculated there before you arrived?
I am seriously trying to understand.

My AP did too he stayed with me and made love to me right up to my delivery. As I grew I expected him to say goodbye but he loved me and my body. We continued the affair after the baby too
You're nasty! Not sure the good kind either.
I am Nasty - and it was fun - hell he was(is) the love of my life just married the wrong man.

Certainly not the former. Gross. A touch of the latter, but really it is more that the physical appearance can be attractive in its own right. Appealing in a different way. Its certainly all bound up in ideas of fertility and sexuality.
I appreciate your candor even if I find it gross. I get that a pregnant body can be sexy, but it sounds like you also have some latent homosexuality/cuckhold issues in play here.
Sounds like projection?
